Effective October 28, 2026. These Terms form an agreement between you and RankIt Telemetry Inc., 2201 Westlake Ave, Ste 340, Seattle, WA 98121. By using rankit.ai, the dashboard or the API (the “Service”) you accept them.
1. Who is bound
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
RankIt collects observational data about public search results by rendering them from selected locations and devices. Results vary by time, personalisation and location, so our measurements are samples, not guarantees of what any individual searcher saw. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give 30 days’ notice of material reductions.
3. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Seats are for named individuals and may not be shared.
4. Plans, billing and quotas
Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid month, and we do not refund partial months except where law requires. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing date. Quotas for keywords, checks, grids, seats and API calls are listed on the pricing page, and we may throttle usage that exceeds them. We will give 30 days’ notice before changing a price. Fees exclude taxes.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute raw data from the Service, or use it to build a competing data product, without a written agreement. Do not probe, overload or circumvent our systems or quotas, share API keys, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend access for breach, after notice where practical.
6. Your data and ours
You keep ownership of the keyword lists, domains and notes you provide, and you license us to process them to run the Service. We own the Service, its software, its methodology and aggregated, de-identified statistics. Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the Service and its outputs for your internal business and client reporting.
7. Search engines
RankIt is independent of Google and every other search engine. Product and company names belong to their owners. Search engines may change their results and terms without notice, which can affect what we are able to measure.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it predicts future rankings or traffic.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and, for material changes, emailing account holders 30 days ahead. Continued use means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
